If you just placed your order two or three days ago, then chances are it is still in production.
The production process takes several days. Processing the order, fabric cutting, sewing and inspection of the product takes approximately 3 - 5 weeks.
If it is a more complicated seat style that requires additional information or follow-ups, then it might take longer. We, however, make sure that when there is a delay, we inform you right away.

Once the production is complete and the product has been inspected, it will be packaged for shipping.
Depending on where you are, shipping time frame takes 2 - 4 working days for the west coast and central states and about 7 working days to the east coast.
