Seat Covers Return Policy

Items may be returned during the first 90 days after shipment for credit as follows:

• Factory Defect or Error: Full credit upon return
• Custom Ordering Error: All orders are custom made for each individual customer. Credit, under these circumstances, will be determined on a case by case basis. Unusual custom orders of unusual color combinations or very rare/old vehicles may be given no credit.
• All items for return must be accompanied by an invoice and must have a Return Goods Number (RG#). This must be obtained by calling customer service at (210) 745-0295 or send us an email requesting for an RG#.

Sheepskin Seat Cover Return Policy

Must have a Return Authorization Number issued by U.S. Sheepskin for return. Items sent to U.S. Sheepskin without an RA# may be refused by our receiving department and returned back to the sender.

Made to Order: Products that are made to order well be subjected a 15% handling and restocking fee.

All warranty work must be cleaned before being returned for correction.
The debris that collect in seat covers is destructive to sewing machines and could be a heath hazard to our employees.

Cleaning Services : US Sheepskin hires a cleaning service to assist in the proper cleaning of products. Costs are as follows.

Bucket Seat cover - $28.00 each
Bench Seat cover - $56.00 set
